- I am a (gasp! Dare I say it??) Senior, prolonging, ignoring, and all but forgetting graduation in the Spring. In my four years of college, I have spent two as a Chemistry major and two as an English major. Although I loyally identify with my fellow science brothern, I have admittly been overtaken by the English community. I attribute my true passion for language and the arts to my study abroad experience in Florence, Italy during Fall 2008. There, the text of each novel that I read came alive as I toured the cities that inspired, housed or birthed their authors. Like abroad offered me an opportunity to see new cultures and perspectives, this blog will hopefully provide me a chance to explore the foreign world of internet communication.
